窗外即美景，超大住宿空間。

1.廚餘處理機壞掉 2.瓦斯爐4爐壞掉一個 最誇張是這個，補衛生紙是塞幾張新的進去舊的上面，動作也不遮掩。

Location and how very helpful staff were. Outstanding views of the lake and mountains. Walking distance to downtown. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious.

Only suggestion would be a refresh/update to living room furnishings such as the couch which sits way to low for comfortable.

We had the three bedroom apartment, and the view was beyond stunning! Lovely balcony and good facilities. Beds were very comfortable and showers strong! Really easy (5min) stroll into the centre of town, so very convenient.

Greta location though signage isn’t great from the road. Very nice, helpful front desk staff.

Just getting tired. One bedside lamp buzzed constantly so needed to be turned off. A bit of mould on the shower ceiling. Minor issues.

Staff was very helpful and kind. I was offered an alternative room as there was problem with the bathroom, however I chose not to go to the other room. Staff was very responsive.

I did not like furniture in the apartment and it is very old. It did not meet my expectation and also I was not happy with the view of my room.
