Wij zijn helemaal verliefd geworden op Phuket, en dit hotel heeft daar een grote rol in gespeeld. Dit was onze eerste reis naar Thailand en na Koh Samui en Krabi twijfelden we over Phuket, vooral door de negatieve verhalen die we vooraf hoorden. Toch hebben we ons gevoel gevolgd – en daar hebben we geen seconde spijt van gehad. Phuket verdient voor ons een 10, en dit hotel zeker ook, vooral vanwege de perfecte locatie in Kata. Niet Patong (te druk), maar juist het leukste en levendige deel van Kata: midden in het centrum, met veel restaurants om de hoek, een wasserette vlakbij en snelle toegang tot Kata en Kata Noi Beach. Het personeel was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk, warm en behulpzaam – echt 10/10 service. Het ontbijt was goed en zelfs toen we een paar keer te laat waren, mochten we nog eten. Overal voelde je service en gastvrijheid.

Omdat het een groot hotel is, zaten wij achterin op de vierde verdieping. Daar is maar één lift, die vaak gebruikt wordt voor koffers en daardoor niet altijd beschikbaar was. Voor mensen die afhankelijk zijn van een lift kan dit lastig zijn. Voor ons woog dit uiteindelijk niet op tegen de geweldige locatie en service.

"Уже пора делать хотя бы косметический ремонт в номерах."

Два крупных пляжа рядом. Ката и Карон. Можно пешком дойти на выбор. Тук тук стоит всегда у отеля=можно уехать на другие пляжи. Полотенца дают на ресепшн для пляжа

Сантехнику нужно лучше закрепить в номере 608. Было много комаров если не пользуешься репилентами в номере. Но это нормально наверно для такого климата.

Amabilité et disponibilité du personnel. Ptopreté. Proche de la place. Au coeur de la ville mais suffisament en retrait pour dormir dans un calme absolu.

Beautiful resort amazing location!! I would like to thank the amazing staff for making it extra special, Nicky, Fairs and Peony you were all so friendly! The food at the restaurant was also incredible. We wouldn’t chance anything about our stay, we may be back in the future!!
