Brentwood Bay Resort - Adults Only - 16 and Older

A comfortable & modern resort with quiet rooms & great views across the marina. Friendly staff. Room was spacious with a great balcony & very comfortable bed/pillows. Nice easy chairs to relax in, useful table & chairs. Only used the restaurant for breakfast as it was closed Mondays & Tuesdays, ate in the pub, both were very nice.

Pool a bit small & dated. We were only there for 2 nights, our room was refreshed after the first night but bed not made, which was surprising for a 4* hotel, sister’s room was refreshed but no toilet paper added, neither room had pool towels replaced. Slightly sloppy housekeeping is the reason for 9 stars!

It was clean, well-maintained, the room and bed were excellent. Food served in the restaurant and pub were excellent. The staff was capable and very friendly.

I liked my room with a private patio overlooking the marina, bed and pillows were comfy, daily housekeeping, chocolates on the bed, water bottles left in the room and refreshed each day, Nespresso coffee maker with real cream in the fridge, the bathtub with views, the delicious welcome cider, and a cute Easter treat left on the door. The pool and hot tub were warm and wonderful. Loved the robes and and sandals provided. The young woman working at check in was also amazing. Top class service.

We stayed two nights for our 45th anniversary and the resort, staff, and views exceeded our expectations! The rooms were luxurious with spa-like amenities, a fireplace, and balcony overlooking the harbor. The staff were so helpful in arranging our trip to the Butchart Gardens. They offer a boat ride that leisurely goes around the harbor to the bay entrance to the gardens. Highly recommend the boat ride! The pub was a plus - good food and great views.

I love that this resort is child free. It sounds mean but sometimes as a parent i needed an escape from kids full stop and this place was perfect. It's so quiet and peaceful. The pool was warm the spa was hot the cold plunge sauna. On site spa services. I felt all my stresses melt away. The restaurant was amazing. I could grab my cocktail and take it back to my room or to the spa. It was just a chill relaxing place. I will be back.

There was nothing I did not like.
