We arrived around 630 p.m., and the front desk staff (a younger lady) was excellent... She let us know there was a wedding party at the resort. She asked if we wanted to stay on the first floor away from the wedding party (noice/music). She showed us both rooms, and we opted to stay in our room on the 2nd floor. We had no disruptions or noise. Our room was exceptional. With that said, we had an issue with the TV (stations) and the jetted tub. The tub jets went off three 3 times during the night(130 am and 4 am). We called and called the front desk about the TV with no answer. My husband went to the front desk, but no one was around. He waited and waited, then left. He went back, he could hear someone in the back room, just as he started towards the door, someone came out. A staff member came to our room to assist with the TV but couldn't get it to work either. Thank you for trying. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience.

"Exceptional Stay"

What an amazing experience. The location is perfect, the room was clean, quiet and everything worked. I called before booking as I had some general questions. Jodi was the best! I told her I was celebrating an anniversary and needed the perfect room. She didn't disappoint. Not only was she friendly and professional, but I had a lot of questions about the area and other parts of my trip as I've never been to Canada. Her patient answers to my questions helped me a great deal with the planning of my overall trip. You could tell she takes a lot of pride in her job. And she made sure a sweet treat was in the room. The rest of the staff were great, there are two amazing restaurants downstairs and plenty of parking spaces were available.

It was our second time at the Resort. It is a lovely facility in a beautiful area. The only thing that would make it even more excellent would be a Regular Sized Coffee Maker and a Microwave in the room.
