Best Western Plus Park City Solna

Arrived at the hotel feeling hopeful, location was ideal for what we had planned. The staff was very nice and greeted us with warm smiles and good vibes. The bed was super comfy and we got a superb nights sleep (rare for staying at a hotel tbh). The breakfast was alright, but nothing special unfortunately.

Unfortunately the room and hotel in general has seen better days. It seemed rather dated, with a lot of wear and tear in the room, hallways and general areas. The bathroom door wasn't good, it kept falling on me when I took a shower, so I just stuffed a towel underneath to keep it fixed. The toilet was so close to the sink, that it was uncomfortable to use. The room felt like it could use a touch-up to bring it up to the "4 star" rating it has on booking. The entry after the mall had closed was very difficult to find, the instructions provided by staff was not great. Suggest printing out a map of the area to show where the entrance is.

Tämä on vakiohotellini Tukholmassa. Huoneet ovat hiljaisia, aamiainen erinomainen ja yhteydet julkisilla kulkuneuvoilla keskustaan todella hyvät.

Hotellin haavoittuvuuksiin kuuluvat hissit. Toisen hissin ollessa pois käytöstä odotusajat venyivät melko pitkiksi varsinkin aamuisin. Tällaista sattuu, mutta hieman ihmetytti, ettei hissiä ei saatu korjatuksi kolmessa arkipäivässä.
