If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week. Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath towels, household line, cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), basic low-speed WiFi (browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee). With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Please note that credit card is the only method of payment. Reception opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 - Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 Sunday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 18:30 (from 1/06 to 30/09) Pets are allowed for 75€ per week or 12€ per day. All apartments have a bathtub. Toasters and hairdryers are available upon request at reception. Only one dish towel is provided. Bar soap and multi-purpose cleaner are not provided.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
