Property Notes

Ski passes for short stays (2, 3 and 4 days) are now available for sale. Prices can be obtained at the reception. The front desk is open on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 11:30 and from 16:00 to 19:00. Reception is closed on Tuesday and Thursday. A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be required upon arrival. To save time at check-in, we recommend completing your pre-registration via your Pierre & Vacances customer account. In July and August, Pierre & Vacances invites you to make the most of the mountains with a complimentary activity during your stay. Enjoy exceptional panoramic views with a one-day pedestrian pass for the Ax/Bonascre cable car. Please note: one one-day pedestrian pass per person is offered for stays of at least 7 nights. The voucher must be collected at reception and presented at the ski elevator. This activity is provided by an independent partner of Pierre & Vacances.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Clean hotel with good basic amentities, good value for money"

Nice mini-apartment, spacious enough, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Very clean bedsheets. Strong wifi signal. Has a bathtub, no problem with hot water. If you need a hair dryer, you can request one at the reception. Bedroom is very-very tiny with bunk beds, but we had a good night sleep. Staff is very nice, speaks good English and is always willing to help. There is a massive laundry machine and dryer downstairs, one set of washing costs 7 euro, you pay by card.

There was a dishwasher and an expectation that you do your dishes before leaving, but no dishwasher tablets or sponge and dishwashing liquid. Perhaps, people who stay in this hotel regularly, bring all these things with them, but for people like us (we stayed only two nights) it was a bit inconvenient.

l'emplacement

aucun service pendant trois jours: pas de réception, pas de gardiennage, pas de bagagerie donc nous n'avons pas pu faire de randonnée comme prévu le dernier jour aucune réponse téléphonique aucune isolation phonique, priez juste pour avoir des voisins respectueux !
