Property Notes

Ski passes for short stays (2, 3 and 4 days) are now available for sale. Prices can be obtained at the reception. The front desk is open on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 11:30 and from 16:00 to 19:00. Reception is closed on Tuesday and Thursday. A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be required upon arrival. To save time at check-in, we recommend completing your pre-registration via your Pierre & Vacances customer account. In July and August, Pierre & Vacances invites you to make the most of the mountains with a complimentary activity during your stay. Enjoy exceptional panoramic views with a one-day pedestrian pass for the Ax/Bonascre cable car. Please note: one one-day pedestrian pass per person is offered for stays of at least 7 nights. The voucher must be collected at reception and presented at the ski elevator. This activity is provided by an independent partner of Pierre & Vacances.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

L'appel du personnel avant notre arrivée pour ns informer de la possibilité de récupérer les clés si arrivée tardive. Très bon emplacement proche des télécabines et du centre. A 5mn de la piscine thermale. Logement bien équipé avec le kit nécessaire pour la vaisselle..

Le GPS n'indique pas la bonne localisation de la résidence de olus pas d'éclairage à notre arrivée donc difficile de trouver l'entrée principale..

La proximité de la cure thermale....personne nous a expliqué comment monté les bagages ou et quel équipement

Appartement trop petit .étouffant .vaiselle 4 fourchette 4 couteau 4 assiettes plate...la Télévision trop petite. Et chambre étroite avec deux lit poussiéreux pas du tout reluisant.. besoins d être rafraîchi tout date des années 80...incroyable

"I'd stay there over and over again"

The check in desk man was very helpful , professional, and kind. The room was very clean and had a kitchen refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, sink, dishwasher, plates, bowls, silverware, and everything you would need other than the food. The bed was comfortable and there were two other couches and a dining table and a balcony with table and chairs. The bathroom had a tub, shower, desperate toilet room and super hot water if you wanted it.

It was all good, there are a few stairs because it's a mountainous area.

Le bâtiment bien qu’âgé reste très propre et confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, proche du centre ville tout en ayant l’impression d’être à la campagne. Par ailleurs, la réception est disponible et bienveillante.

L’établissement est bien situé à deux pas du centre. L’appartement est confortable.

Il faisait exceptionnellement chaud, la climatisation aurait été la bienvenue. Pas de drap pour le canapé-lit.
