Reception opening hours are daily except Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. In winter, reception is closed on Wednesdays. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and handling fees). Please note that the heated outdoor swimming pool is currently closed until further notice. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival. To save time during check-in, we recommend completing your registration via your Pierre & Vacances customer account in advance. Pets are accepted at an additional cost of €12 per night or €75 per week. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
