Everything else. Horrible horrible place to stay. The building is poorly maintained and the 1 bedroom was looking very very old and VERY dirty. It is clear that they don’t clean the place between guests but rather do a quick fix up. I am adding pictures to this comment to demonstrate what I am referring to. Also, the beds were the most uncomfortable ever, the linen were terrible. The policy is for the guests to actually prepare their beds (this was not communicated upon booking!) so all these linen and bedsheet were just folded and left in the beds. It is the first time this happens to me, even on Airbnb the beds are prepared for the guests. The price for the one bedroom apartment is way too high considering the offers around available on Airbnb. We hated the place so much that we decided to leave 1 night earlier (we had booked 2 nights) and cut our holidays short. No refund, but we really felt disgusted by the place. We were with a toddler and the point was to have a pleasant place for the evening, impossible to enjoy a nice evening considering the condition of the place.

We loved our recent stay at Pierre et Vacance l'Archipel'. We received a very warm and helpful welome from Svetlana. Our room was clean spacious and very comfortable and the residence was perfectly situated near to the beach and the lively restaurants and cafes adjacent to le Trestrao beach. We are now P&V converts after this and our stay near Binibeca Vell in Menorca. Will definitely stay again.

The location of the property was excellent- a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The standard of the apartment was very good.

The exterior of the building is in need of some renovation but it didn’t affect the holiday.

The location is nice, just next to the beach. There are also some nice restaurants very close. The Bakery in the neighbourhood is also good. We bought the bread for our breakfast there. The apartment was okey but there is no oven or washing machine.

The facilities are depressing. The corridors are dark and really need some painting. The pool was closed even if the weather in beginning of October was gorgeous.
