Prices include accommodation, bed linen, towels, household linen (bath mat and tea towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and kitchenette), basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for internet browsing and emails), as well as utilities and taxes (excluding tourist tax and administrative fees). The residence is proudly awarded the Green Key label, demonstrating its commitment to sustainable tourism and environmentally friendly practices. Payment is exclusively by credit card. A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival. To save time during check-in, we recommend completing your registration via your Pierre & Vacances customer account in advance. If you plan to arrive outside check-in hours, please contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation. For stays of 1 to 6 nights, check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Reception is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and on Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. Reception is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. Pets are welcome with a valid pet passport; however, Category 1 and 2 dogs are not accepted. An additional charge applies: €75 per pet per week, €12 per pet per day for stays of 1 to 6 nights, and €150 per pet for stays of 14 nights or more. Access to the spa and wellness centre is available at an additional cost.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Emplacement idéal et le balcon vue mer très agréable.

Logement de qualité moyenne. Équipement moyen et de faible qualité (appliques murales prêtes a tomber, lit gigogne moyen, la cafetière également) La tv du salon a coupé pour faible signal vers 21h30 puis plus rien jusqu'au lendemain. Avec un week-end ensoleillé, appartement très chaud. 25° jour et nuit.

Belle situation de la résidence. Belle vue pour l'appartement réservé, tout en haut de l'immeuble, avec balcon en angle donnant sur la mer. Réceptionniste très sympathique.

Pas vu sur Booking que le parking était en option. Compliqué pour une handicapée à gagner l'appartement : longs couloirs et escaliers. Je pensais avoir réservé un vrai lit et je ne m'attendais pas à trouver un convertible clic-clac et un lit cabine. Connaissant Pierre & Vacances dans une autre station, je pensais trouver un petit jardin. J'ai réservé dans l'urgence sans consulter le site P & V et la résidence.

Assez bien dans l'ensemble. En revanche la Location du parking en supplément est trop honéreux.

Canapé lit, latte cassé non réparer mais attribué quand même à la location.

Bonne situation géographique, balcon offrant une vue sur la mer très sympa. Draps de bain, kit d'entretien, draps de lit inclus = très pratique et confortable.

Un vrai labyrinthe pour accéder au studio. Pas de table d'extérieur sur le balcon, c'est dommage (les chaises y étaient bien mais pas de table).

Je viens maintenant depuis plusieurs années. Franchement rarement déçu. Le prix est plus que raisonnable. Le personnel très sympa, surtout très arrangeant lorsqu’il s’agit de nous trouver une autre chambre plus grande car je m’étais trompé dans ma réservation. L’emplacement est juste au top. Je reviendrais sans hésiter.

Rafraîchir les pièces serait vraiment top 👍
