disappointed with the inexperience displayed by the front desk staff during my recent stay. While the property itself met expectations, the handling of certain customer service matters by your front desk team fell short of the standards expected from a hotel of your reputation. I believe that every guest should feel valued and respected, and unfortunately, this experience left me feeling otherwise. I would strongly recommend reviewing staff training procedures to ensure smoother and more professional handling of customer queries and concerns.
