We loved the location and the pool. The property was nice and quiet and cool even without the AC. Apartment was well equipped. The gardens were pretty with lots of fragrant flowers.

Could have done with more bin bags for non recyclable waste and somewhere to leave glass. We appreciated the washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets but having salt/pepper/oil/kitchen roll would have been perfect.

L'hôtel est vieillissant et demande à être "rafraichi" peintures, rambardes, finitions c'est juste pour ca que nous notons 8 et pas 10 tout le reste est super

The apartment was large and spacious. The balcony was also big, and we had a great view to the harbour area. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The location is also great, really close to the train station and to the centre of Antibes.

We booked a long stay of 2 weeks, and the number of mosquitoes in the first week was unbearable. I had made the mistake of sleeping in one of the first nights with the balcony door open as it was still cold, which proved to be a grave mistake. I had to hunt 10 mosquitoes that night, depriving me of my sleep. Reception hasn't really offered any solutions. The rest of the stay I had to sleep with closed windows, but 1 or 2 mosquitoes still managed to sneak in every night when we went to the balcony, so it was quite tedious to look for them before going to sleep. During the first week every time we went to the balcony in the evening we were also accompanied by 3 mosquitoes. It did become better during the 2nd week of our stay. Another thing I didn't like was the towel change policy. The towels are changed every week for long-term stays. This in my opinion is a bit unreasonable, as the towels become quite wet by then. I think changing the towels every 3 days would've been more sensible.
