Lovely staff , Alexis on reception was very helpful and friendly. Pool area and garden area were very nice . Location was excellent for Old Town.

Floor in apartment (107) needs to be replaced , old and grubby looking with some boards loose . Balcony had a big step up from apartment which is dangerous when coming back inside .

You cannot beat the position of this hotel to the town centre and with all the amenities, the rooms with hot tubs on the roof are best, not only for the hot tub and view, but also all day sunshine, some of the balcony only apartments I noticed only have the sun in the morning or afternoon due to there aspect, the bed was very comfortable, and I would assume that every apartment has the same, a bit pricey in peak season, certainly to much for my pocket, but very good value otherwise, and peak season is too hot, and too crowded anyway..

The shower was OK, but a little dated, hot water good, but over the bath, which I realise some people like a bath, but the shower head was attached to bath taps, and I would have liked a shower mat, so it's not to slippery, but that was all, and maybe I'm just being a bit picky?

The location is the best. So close to everywhere. The staff were so polite helpful. The garden area and the pool ( cold didn‘t use) is beautiful. The balcony of the room wow was the best part.
