"Ce devait être trois jours de rêve et ça a été trois jours de galère"

Je n ai rien aimé car malgré une réservation faite longtemps a l avance Et validée je n ai jamais reçu les codes Pour l accès au chambre nous avons du au dernier moment trouver un autre hôtel En urgence .malgré des messages et de nombreux appels ont n à pu avoir personne .et personne de cet hôtel ne nous a appelé pour s excuser . Et la cerise sur le gâteau c est qu ils ont Encaissé la facture de la chambre . Je compte sur booking pour trouver une solution pour mon remboursement rapidement.

Ça fait plusieurs années que je fais confiance a booking pour mes réservations et je n aurais jamais cru que cela pouvait arriver

"Une horreur, appartement et residence"

Rien, une honte de mettre à la location une ruine ,dans une résidence dont l'entretien est à l'abandon

Tout cassé, abîmé, usé,bois aggloméré gonflé, meubles bois de siècles passés, plaque de cuisson qui ne marche pas, wc nauséabond et de couleur noir... Et le reste de salle de bain.ect... travaux extérieurs de façade de l'immeuble, balcon couvert de gravats, inutilisable...
