"I stay here often for the pet friendly room and perfect location."

Great location, close to ocean and bay beaches, Orleans and Wellfleet. They allow dogs. Rooms are decent and don't smell. The Cape Cod bike trail is immediately behind the property.

Minor things: the sheets don't fit the bed, so I was constantly waking up on the mattress pad, which was kind of gross. They had one garbage can for the entire motel. The rooms are pretty dark. Dog fee ($30/dog/night) seems a bit excessive but grateful that they take pets.

"Great location, inexpensive, but you get what you pay for."

Wooded location close to lots of attractions.

Not clean, badly stained upholstery, stains on walls, etc. Generally run down. Photos of property exceed the reality.
