Very clean and old Cape Cod feel.

We were able to check in early.

The pool was not available.

The overall cleanliness of room was acceptable except for stains on both sides of bedside chair cushion. The grounds and rooms could definately use some upgrades. Also a continental breakfast should be inclued for the room rates.

Reception was very accommodating when we arrived early for check in. The room was in good repair with a refrigerator and microwave. Our stay was a quick overnight and this worked out very well.

We came here with our family for a week at the Cape. We attended the room and it smelled like dirty mop water, there were balls of hair in the bathroom and the pool was milky and smelled like chemicals. We checked out the other property they manage and although the room didn't smell the neighbour and cleaning staff were yelling at eaxhother because they hadn't cleaned the room for days. My children were so upset and felt unsafe. We had to find another booking for the week. Also, we spoke with the desk clerk who indicated we would only have to pay for the night however they lied and didn't provide us a refund. NEVER STAY HERE.

This place is perfect for people who travel with pets, lots of space to take them out and right by the place is a park, hoe you get on the bick trail just make a right and you won't miss it. Yes, you read it right. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is 2 minutes away from your room. For a pet friendly hotel, the rooms are very clean. The staff is great and really attentive. Every single morning, they are coming and check if you need anything for the day. If you have an emergency, they will fix it even if it is late. I locked ourselves out, and the owner came and fixed the problem right away. Excellent place. We love it ❤️ and our siberian husky as well. He stayed outside most of the time. 😍This is our new home for every Cape Cod Trip. Can't wait for next year to go, I think they are making some improvements, we saw that they got some construction materials during our stay. All the best for the owners and the stuff.

Location was great for the work I had to do in Wellfleet

The room smelled like mildew covered in bleach. It was so strong. Our clothes smell like it now that we’re home. I wouldn’t have stayed if I planned to be there more than 1 night
