"Absolutely loved it, great location for visiting West Yellowstone and YNP."

Very clean, new, nicely decorated. The beds were great, kitchen well stocked.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable - it worked for my kids but an adult would not want to sleep there.

It was connected to an auto body shop so I had questions lol. Do NOT let this deter you! It was extremely private, quiet and decorated beautifully! They thought of everything! Convenient contactless check in. Best place in West Yellowstone!!!

This was a perfectly appointed, modern, beautiful clean property with keyless entry. Incredibly comfortable beds, spacious, charming decor. Great amenities that you would expect from any boutique upscale hotel, and unlimited water bottles, ice, ziplock bags, cooler bags/cooler that guests can use for their adventure into Yellowstone. My only complaint is that it was not at all clear to me when I booked this that this is not a traditional inn/hotel - no receptionist, no staff, no restaurant, and it is located at the back of an auto body shop. My mother is older/a bit fearful and she was really worried that this was a scam, but she loved it once we were in and safe! So more of a lack of information rather than any issues with the accommodations themselves. Also no housekeeping but you could request towels, more coffee, etc.
