Reception opening hours: - Every day from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the hotel in advance. Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week. Prices include : Accommodations, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except city tax and handling fees). Available with an extra cost: - beds made upon arrival - mid-week housekeeping or cleaning kit (The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodations). With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodations by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancelation fees.
