Pierre & Vacances Résidence Domaine de Gascogne Biscarrosse

Es handelt sich um viele Ferienwohnungen ohne Service zwischen An- und Abreise. Bettwäsche/Handtücher sowie ein Küchenputzstarterpaket werden gestellt. Die Anlage liegt schön umringt von einem Golfplatz und einer Ferienaussiedlung im Pinienwald. In 500 m ist man am See, der toll aussieht. In ca. 7 km ist man im Ort Biscarrosse Plage am endlosen Sandstrand. In meinen Zimmer roch es heftig nach dem Essen des Vormieters, Ansonsten ist es 3 Sterne Standard. Das kostenlose WLAN hat gut funktioniert, auch TV Streaming, da ansonsten keine deutschen Sender verfügbar waren.

Établissement vieillissant,bruit continu entre la journée les avions de chasse de la base aérienne et le soir les arrosages automatique. Et pas de chance le moteur pour chauffer la piscine qui tombe en panne 2 semaine avant la fermeture de la piscine. Bref le cumule de petite choses qui rend le séjour moins agréable.

séjour de 3 jours, l établissement est bien pour tranquillité repos balade, défaut loin des commerces,la chambre est nickel. pas beaucoup d activité en basse saison.

Etablissement tres propre et tres bien situé pres du lac un paysage magnifique et le studio etait tres agreable

Sejours bien passer hors mis la chaleurs dans la chambre !!! Une clim ne serait pas de refus sinon rien a dire petit bémol concernant la piscine ou les bordures sont a changer mon mari est tombé a cause de sa tres dangereux

Este hotel tiene una ubicación muy bonita con mucha vegetación en los alrededores y un lago muy cerquita, de eso no hay queja para nada. El servicio que recibimos allí es otra cosa: con trabajadores que no sabían hablar Español, ni siquiera Inglés(que ya es decir), te cobran por un callejero que solo viene en Francés y sus horas de trabajo son muy reducidas, pues por las mañanas solo trabajaban tres horas y media y por las tardes dos y media, fuera de esas horas no contabas con nadie en recepción por si había algún problema. Qué decir de esto, te esperas mucho más cuando vas a un aparthotel de tres estrellas, inmerecidas en mi opinión y creo que deja mucho que desear. PD: Tienes que llevar tu propio papel higiénico

+ L'appartement que nous avons eu était impeccable: propre, confortable, bien agencé. Belle piscine. + Personnel sympathique. - Wifi payante et qui ne fonctionne pas bien, avec des problèmes de réseau récurrents.

séjour agréable, cependant nous avions demandé un appartement avec 2 chambres et nous avons eu un appartement d'une seule chambre. De ce fait, nous étions trés à l'étroit pour installer le lit parapluie de notre bébé.

Spent 12 days Glamping, needed a stop gap en route airport one night, what a mistake staying here; check in closes at 12;00 and doesn't get attended until 16:00 (official check in 17:00 !) Check in did not accept we'd paid the website in full in advance and wanted me to pay again - I had to phone the bank in UK to confirm (at my cost ! and lucky it was business hours) They need a copy of the booking and are happy to sell you a WiFi card for you to forward it to them right there and then. Rooms very basic, was expecting a lot better given we could 5* glamp for 4 nights at that price. Towels cost extra and supply everything yourself, nothing apart from crockery. The rooms were unbearably hot at night, no AC, no ceiling fans, no portable fans provided. Extractor fans in windowless toilet and kitchen did not work. Owner doesn't take the 'risk' of supplying croissants for breakfast unless ordered the day before. If you need a shop, we eventually found a good one at Camping Mguide, which is where we'll go next time given they were so helpful. Be aware parking on the lake front costs, but walking from the hotel is a fairly long walk for small kids in the day time heat so not ideal. If we never return to Pierre & Vacances again, it'll be too soon :-)
