All the employees were very helpful and very kind, front the front desk to the cafeteria. The lady who was there afternoon and nights the weekend we stayed there was awesome. She was all by herself and made sure guest were all taken care of

The toilet bathroom in suit 217 was slow going down. I don't know if it something on the system or previous guest did something. Front desk lady delivered a plunger and that it is what we used to make each flush going down. She was alone taking care of the hotel and late, so we understand she couldn't do much. Hopefully maintenance check that toilet

The room was clean. There was plenty of room for our group of 5 in the larger suite. It was nice to not feel like we were tripping over each other and all the suitcases.

There was no body wash toiletry. Most important the tub was extremely slippery, and no bath mat for the inside was provided. I don't think my elderly mother would have been able to shower without falling. Also, it would be nice if they supplied extra towels in the bathroom knowing that we booked a stay for five people. After four of us swimming, we all needed a shower.
