Towels were not changed. The resort staff who sleeps at Indlovu made us really uncomfortable, every time we came in and out, we found them standing by the entrance.

The staff was excellent and welcoming. The ride from the reception to the lodge was special

The rooms have a damp smell, carpets need deep cleaning and bath water not so hot. The Sunday evening meal I believe was somehow left overs as the food was served cold we had to ask them to reheat the not so fresh food. It is believed to be having at least 3 of the big 5 but as people coming for the 2nd time we did not even see 1 at least when we were at Mpongo in 2018 there were lions. The game-drive is very expensive for a person to be driven around to see antelope species and birds

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed every meal we had there and the game drive was lovely.

This place is absolutely amazing, the animals roaming around peacefully. The scenery was just perfect. The cleanliness. The friendly staff from security at the gate, staff at the restaurant/ kitchen, Chantal was just exceptionally and very welcoming.

Nothing guys! Please definitely try this place out, you will not regret! ❤️
