El personal de recepción del viernes 24 por la tarde, demostró muy poca profesionalidad .No creemos que supiera qué significa una reserva hotelera, ni lo que implica. Debería mejorar su trato con los clientes . El resto del personal perfecto tanto en recepción, como en restauración y limpieza.
