Park Inn by Radisson, Salt Lake City-Midvale

Very nice place. Great staff, Good Value, Everything worked good in room, would definwtly recommend or stay again. Nice view of mountains and fireplace in lobby was a nice touch too

Loved the fact they had oatmeal made instead of packets and the hot tub was covered so we could still use it even with the weather being cold.

The floors were dirty in both rooms we rented out. It also smelled like the toilets were backed up in one of them and the water in the other was a weird milky white color. we spilled water and cleaned it up with a towel and the towel was almost black from where it touched the floor. Our feet were black from walking on the floor even though we showered they became black again. Staff couldn’t find our reservation originally but they did get us in at the same price we reserved it for.

Booked through booking.com they didn’t send correct billing info so got charged twice. Staff corrected it. Neighborhood not the best. Rooms were ok. Trash was never dumped in rooms we stayed for 3 nights. The ice bucket sized trash cans were full within the first hour of our stay. The refrigerator in one of our 2 rooms did not work. The “breakfast” was the most disappointing. There were few options and was the same every day. I expected more from a Radisson Choice hotel. I have celiac disease and cannot eat anything with wheat, barley, rye or oats. The only food options for me to safely eat was hard boiled eggs, yogurt and fruit. Fruit was not an option either as there was none available Wednesday through Friday. One reason I chose this hotel was the name and the breakfast. I will not stay at this location again and will not recommend it.

I booked a reservation through Booking.com and when I called the property to confirm, I was told my rooms had been cancelled without my knowledge. When I called back to request a refund, the manager was extremely rude, repeatedly interrupted me, and even hung up on me. She also refused to provide me with her supervisor’s contact information and showed no effort to assist or resolve the issue. The experience was very unprofessional and disappointing.
