"Excrllent stay with excellent staff and excellent food."

Breakfast was found to be delucious. Healthly and fresh. For us location was found to be be very good. It is a bit away from railway station. But perfectly it is a place of peace and nature. Transport by toto/ e rickshaw, bus, car is amptly available. We preferred toto.

"Too expensive for an isolated property with very poor bed"

Nice farm house in midst of no where. Staff was polite and helpful

Location is too far a underdeveloped area. It is difficult to locate after dark with very less means of commute. There was no mattress some old weared out coir was provided. Shelves were unclean.In one room even hooks to hang clothes was not present so those selves had to be used.It was not worth 2.5k per night.

1. Breakfast was very good. 2. Meals at lunch and dinner were excellent. Fresh. Home made. Organic garden fresh vegetables are exceptional. We had duck meat of their own firm. Very much tasty. 3. Location is good for lovers of nature. 4. Eco friendly campus with power back up of inverters. No generator...very good for clean environment. 5. All staff are lical women with sober attitude.

"Asian Grand Villa was not that grand."

Although the cost was a little more the food quality was good. The non veg Thali at Rs.300/- was on the upper side.

No power back up in case of power failures. The WiFi was almost non-existent.. As the location is far from Railway Station (9.8Kms) and also from places of interest getting local transportation was difficult. However the property care takers can arrange Auto rickshaws and four wheelers as well. The TV in the room was non-functional as the cable TV subscription was not apparently renewed.
