会員登録でチェックアウトを14時に延長でき、特に車をそれまで預かってもらえたのが都合が良かった。

部屋に座れる椅子が少なく、くつろぎ難かった。

グラバー園や大浦天主堂の入り口で、最高のロケーションです。設備もきれいで快適でした！

駐車場のスペースがちょっと狭くて、場所によっては停めづらいです。

"信頼がゆらぐ宿泊"

静かな場所にある点はよい。また、お湯がすぐに出ることは素晴らしい。

ダブルベッドと機材があったが、セミダブルベッドであり狭かった。これは記載と異なる。また、コーヒメーカーなど設置されてはいない。 チェックイン時、朝食ありで予約していたにもかかわらず、朝食なしといわれたり、すでにチェックインしている人のいる部屋のキーを渡したりひどいものだった。逆の立場で、くつろいでいる部屋にあかの他人が入ってきたりしたら驚きでしかない。ホテルは他人の部屋のキーを発行したことをあまり問題視していないようなのも意外で、ちょっとだけ信頼感が揺らいだ。 また、朝食やエレベーターが混雑することなど、必要な情報を一切提供しない。こういう姿勢はいかがなものかと思った。 混雑がひどく、結局のところ朝食はあきらめて出発しました。今回の宿泊はチェックインからトラブル続きでイマイチでした。
