Great location and very fair price. The bed was super comfortable, and the in-room hot tub is a nice feature. The check-in experience is fully digital, but with real humans on the other end who are quick to respond to your questions and check in to make sure you have a good experience. The hotel itself does not offer breakfast, but there are a few very nice spots within walking distance (highly recommend Maggie's around the corner on the same block).

Would have loved on-premise overnight EV chargers, but I was aware of this and there are fast charge options in 10 min radius.

Walking distance to all attractions. Clean, room was decent size. Water was hot, which is awesome after a day in the snow. The area is quiet. Aside from some heckler one of the nights, but cops were on it right away.

Perhaps not their fault. But the internet kept messing up. Was very difficult to watch tv at the end of the day to unwind. Would still definitely stay again though.

Good South Lake location. There was no one at the Front Desk early evening, as they have mastered the self-check-in process, sending me a code to my email. The room was very nice, clean, etc. Poor lighting was my only complaint in the vanity area (Vessel Sink). I would stay here again.
