Very spacious room, newly remodeled. Walkable distance to the Gondola. All the communication with the staff is via text incl. checking in using the door code. This saves a lot of time during the check-in and check-out. Also very helpful staff, quickly responsive in case of any issues. I've got issues with WiFi and they helped resolve it in minutes. Also we accidentally damaged the bedside lamp. After notifying the staff via text, they asked us to reimburse $20, which was fair. All communication was via text - very quick and efficient.

There is a huge construction site just across the road, but it is far enough and not disturbing, also there was no work ongoing during the weekend. The pool/spa were not operational during our visit. Maybe closed entirely during winter months?
