Stunning property right on The St. John's River. incredible room and more incredible views. Very peaceful and quiet. The owner is very involved in her business and it shows. I would recommend calling her directly to ask questions. She is lovely and a wealth of knowledge.

Even though this location is a wedding venue, don't miss out on the few, charming rooms for an overnight stay (rooms 4 and 6 are my favorites.)Spacious, river front views and a massive library stocked with best sellers. Karrie, our host was friendly, shared historical stories with us, and prepared and served breakfast each morning. The grounds are beautiful, and well taken care of and a step away from the scenic river walk which I enjoyed daily. A short walk to "Club Continental" for dinner with friendly service and delicious entrees.

Highly recommended- you are greated and shown to your room, then given a tour of the facilities. Breakfast is cooked for you at your own set time- which was very good!

What's not to like about this beautifully restored estate on the scenic St Johns River? Every suite is meticulously appointed with luxurious beds, fully equipped kitchenettes, spa-like bathrooms, and views of the river. I've spent hours looking through the well stocked book shelves, not to mention the huge library in the communal area of the house. Karrie the owner and historian of the estate made us feel at home and even hosted a happy hour for us one evening. Cyclists and walkers love the ped way along the riverbank. A coffee shop, grocery, and restaurants are within walking distance. Driving up you'll be greeted by huge oak trees with Spanish moss, rose gardens, fruit trees, and of course azaleas. We've stayed as overnight guests but this setting would be a stunning wedding or any event venue. My husband and I have been on the road for 6 months working at Fl hospitals so this place has become a respite, a place where we can recover. I doubt you could fine a more beautiful or comfortable place to land. We look forward to our next night there soon.

A magnificent property. Extremely elegant. Staying here is like being in a movie or being a guest at the Kennedys. Beautiful and spotless. Amazing views. Prepare to to blown away, this property will exceed all expectations.
