Candlewood Suites St. Robert by IHG

The room was clean and prepared for us, but it was not comfortable at all. The mattress was the very soft marshmallow kind where you sink into the middle with or without a partner, and is terrible for bad backs. Unfortunately, there was only one outlet (no USB outlet) near the bed which meant moving the side table to access it, and only one phone could be charged using it. There are few food options for delivery nearby that aren't chains, but if you want fast food, the area has you covered. If we had to stay in a suite-style hotel room with a kitchenette for an extended amount of time, we'd have changed hotels after the first night. It just was not comfortable at all.

Our stay was wonderful hotel was clean room was wonderful clean service was wonderful no problems at all we didn't want to leave everything was in close distance my son just returned from Germany to Fort Leonard Wood and he was living 4mins away how great was that we'll be returning for sure thank you candlewood for a great stay

The people working there were amazing and accommodating. We were very nervous about traveling with a toddler during COVID and moving cross country, but Chris, the front desk manager, was extremely patient and answered my many questions and met my many requests. By the night of check in, Ashlee was ready and had accommodated everything we asked for and also helped out when I realized my ice had melted and I was at risk of losing my frozen breastmilk. The room itself was extremely clean and convenient since it had a full size fridge and kitchenette. Great convenient location near the highway, wonderful staff, and room that’s like a studio apartment.

Clean & comfortable; above expectations

On their website it said breakfast was included. This only included a banana or apple. Very disappointing, to say the least. This area needs improvement.

The Candlewood Suites seemed clean and decently kept but are sorely outdated. Despite that, however, our experience was fine.

We were directed to this hotel because they were pet friendly, even though we did not see the sign from the interstate we found it beside the RED Roof inn. We were greated by a very friendly front desk person who couldnt do enough for us. Once settled in the room was probably one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. Lots of room, beds very comfortable and quiet, Do not hesitate to look this location up I promise you that you will not be diappointed.

i liked having a kitchen in the room. its a big plus when staying at a hotel for 4 nights
