Location. Free coffee.

Limited parking. Dirty room with a flickering light at the sink. Very high add on fees. Got charged 85$ for one overnight stay with tax despite it saying 25/per night on their website. Poor value for a room that was dirty and had a flickering light bulb at the sink. Would be willing to pay the price for a nicer room in steamboat for a weekend night, but this was not the case. I like the idea of supporting a smaller business compared to larger hotel chains. Might be reasonable if you are not bringing pets.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The value for money is excellent. The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and kind. Thank you very much for the great service.

The rooms were good.

Too many dogs barking late at night. Couldn't sleep because of this.

Location was downtown Steamboat Springs

It is an older property, but appears that staff do the very best to upkeep what they have to work with. They have a policy practice that requires the guest to request their room to be cleaned and refreshed. Otherwise the service is not done automatically. This was not made clear to me. So my room went unattended. This was unacceptable to me.

Great value and location in town. Easy walk to cute restaurants and shopping, the rooms were spacious and clean. Rooms were a little dated but that was fine we were not there to spend time in the room, we came to snowboard and check out Strawberry Hot Springs. Quick drive to the ski slopes, I also saw shuttles, but we used our car. Even had beer and wine available in the lobby for a night cap. Very kind friendly staff. I would absolutely recommend.

Pillows hurt my neck. Too high.
