Not a clean hotel.

Beautiful stay

Un acceptable. Room so bad we left and went elsewhere. Dirty is too clean a word, blood on sheet, hair in bed, human semen on floor. Absolutely terrible. Maid should be fired. Manager a nice guy but kind of neutral. never will stay at Extended Stay again. would like some compensation for the embarrasment of my wife and grand daughter. I had gone to a meeting so they left and waited two hours nearby at MacDonalds. Tramatized.

You can’t really tell a whole lot about a property from looking at it online. This place was pretty rundown, A lot of homeless camps real close by. Some of the people coming in and out of that building every day made you watch your back. It’s definitely a lower end hotel and the people living there reflect that.

To noisy kids crying all night

The staff was helpful, both elevators broken, sketchy neighborhood, and worst of all are the bed bugs in the pillow cases!

It’s ok

Checked in, stayed for approximately 2 hours before i noticed cockroaches in the cupboard. Notified front desk with video taken and got a room elsewhere. Still waiting on my refund for intended 4 night stay purchased at check in.

We were denied entry into the building until check in time. When we made reservations, we notified the hotel that we had two small dogs. When we checked in at 3:10 p.m. after waiting for the one person on the desk, she stated that they only had one pet room left and unfortunately it was on the third floor and we could not access the exits as they were locked at all time. I had to take one of my dogs outside at 2:30 a.m. and there were drug addicts in the parking lot looking into the parked vehicles. There were no designated dog areas with lighting. It was extremely dangerous to be outside. There was dog feces all over the rocks. There were a couple of men fighting in the hallway upstairs which prompted another guest to leave the hotel. The rooms were in very bad shape. There were holes punched in the doors and the furniture looked like it came from Goodwill. NEVER would I recommend anyone going to this hotel.
