A pleasant place to stay for a few days . Very good food.

We love dogs, but here we have three that are too clingy and beg at the table, and another that runs around the pool for an hour. A real nuisance during naptime.

The food! Gareth is a master chef with innovative breakfasts, delicious tea and cake, canapés and a fabulous evening meal. Great wines too. The pool is magic for a dip, thick mattresses for a blissful night with the doors open. Gareth and Grant are great hosts and font of knowledge regarding the area and spot on recommendations. Highly recommended. Magnificent spoil.

We had the most wonderful stay. Gareth and Grant are exceptional hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was outstanding - from the breakfasts to afternoon tea with freshly baked cake everyday, and canapés in the evening. We joined them for a Valentines dinner they hosted for guests and everything was so delicious and beautifully presented. The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable . The guesthouse is very close to the centre of Riebeek Kasteel, a lovely little town with plenty to explore. Can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to go back.

Our stay at Vineyard Views Country House was absolutely breathtaking. It is truly one of the best guesthouse experiences we’ve ever had. The attention to detail is phenomenal, and the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful—they really made our stay feel special. The food is on another level, and we will definitely be back. If you want to treat yourself, make a booking. It’s worth every moment. Thank you, Gareth and Grant, for an unforgettable stay.
