Everything and unprofessional way to communicate with guests

The water in the shower was cold and I get sick when I bath with cold water. The prices were high for nothing because they do not have even breakfast services you need to pay again on top of thousands you've paid for booking. The plugs are not working then how were we supposed to charge our phones and the DStv had little channels which are not interesting like SABC 1,2,3 and 161 only while we paid an amount ranging to R2 000 for 2 nights. Swimming pool was dirty.

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shops and easy to locate. The facility was very clean and staff very polite.

Modern finishes , my room was spacious and clean.

Outdoor lights were a bit distracting at night; I could see them through the curtains and it made falling asleep a bit difficult. Perhaps offer a sleeping mask for the guest
