Beautiful site

Hot water was a problem There were bottle tops under the couch The hand shower rail fell off the wall. It seems there was only one lift and the maintenance and staff pushed into the lift with tools etc when there were clients in the lift.

On the Booking.com system I selected two twin beds only to find out the hotel does not have twin beds on standard room options. If that is the case? Why is this option still available for selection? I’m so disappointed
