Super 8 by Wyndham Allentown

Roaches, rats, mold, mildew. Unsafe on a weeknight. Was accosted in parking lot. Rat traps in halls. Opened the door to room, which reeked. Turned around to close the door and it was covered with roaches. Did not put my bag down, smashed a roach, went back to the front desk, was given a receipt saying that my deposit would be refunded and then spent hours trying to locate a room in a town that was sold out for sporting events. Ended up paying hundreds more. Never received the refund. Took it up with Wyndham. Wyndham says it has nothing to do with this hotel, that they're a franchisee. It's been a nightmare badly handled by both Wyndham and my bank.

it a drug place good for drug addicts good if you are hiding from the cops this place needs to be burnt down and find new owners. you can fix this place

Terrible experience. My wife and I checked in to our first room. The second we opened the door the stench was unbearable. Smelled like straight mold. The shower had black mold all along the edges. There were clumps of hair in the drain and roaches crawling on the floor of the shower. The provided another room. Smell was better but the second we switched the light on there were several roaches crawling on the wall. We did not feel comfortable staying there and demanded a refund. They are refusing to give a refund due to their cancelation policy. This is not a cancelation!!!! They could not provid a safe, sanitary room that was suitable for a human being to stay in.

The hotel is very nasty and the hotel have bed bugs the hotel have roaches and my mouse and the hotel manager had called the police on us and we didn't even do nothing we didn't even enjoy our night in the hotel ans we have gotten put out I would not refer nobody to this hotel at all because it's nasty and infected

There was nothing to like about this hotel.

This place was disgusting. We left the same night because the door would not lock and I did not feel safe. The towels were nadty and there were dried smashed cockroaches on the walls. The bed has dried blood on it and the blankets smelled bad.

Never stayed there and they refuse to refund my money even though I've never checked in due to fraud and they still refuse to reimburse.... Find a better hotel
