That they didn't put enough towels and wash clothes. And there where not hands towels or bath rug. Not blankets. Only a skinny sheet that was covering the bed. No trash bags or tissues. Only 1 small soap. And I ask for a late check out at 1pm and they still took me out at 11am. And the Indian girl receptionist was nasty and rude when i was trying to talk to her. She just walk away and told me we done talking and left away from the front desk window. Didn't appreciate her customer service towards me. So i ain't returning to that hotel ever again. I am done.

There so unprofessional all they want to do is take ur money no matter wat they came my deposit that I had to give even thou in the app it said I had to pay nothing but yet they extra charge me there n they kept my deposit claiming they room had a lot of trash witch is basically a lie I ask for proof they claim to have it I never go to see it I would like to repot them

The pillows

The receptionist was RUDE and try to give my husband a STAINED towel, the room was NOT like the pictures they advertise, they left a roll of toilet paper on the dispenser that had maybe 4 squares in the roll so basically a roll that was done 1 towel one hand towel the shower was dirty

There was cockroaches in our room, and when we advised the front desk they insisted that they just had an exterminator check the place a week prior. They didn't try to resolve anything.
