빠통 중심가와 가까운데, 걸어서 가긴 힘들어요. 차로 이동시에 많이 막혀서 30-40분 걸려요 ㅠ 리조트 무료셔틀이 10시 12시 14시 16시 이렇게 네 번 있는데 정시 출발을 기대하긴 좀 어렵고요. 12시 출발인데 20분 기다렸어요. 별다른 설명이 없어서 좀 답답했다는. 조식은 매일 조금씩 바뀌고 괜찮은 편이에요. 직원분들이 다 친절합니다. 앱 깔아서 하우스키핑이나 룸서비스 시킬 수 있는데 편리해요. 매일 나가야 하는 일정이면 위에 적은 내용들 참고하세요.

My room was besides a family room and some south Asian family made so much noice that I simply couldn't sleep at all, because the walls are so thin between the rooms (almost no privacy. I complained so they moved me for the night to a different room. Same happened the third night, even though they didn't make noice but I could very clearly hear them.

-One of the worst experience in Thailand so far. Hospitality shock. We arrived late night 3am (two adults and one 9 years old child) , night manager was absent on reception. We spent some time trying to find him. Finally he came and told that we came too late. We felt some aggression and rude behavior from his side. We asked for an ability to return money for breakfast because wanted to sleep instead of visiting it. Night manager was so angry that threaten to cancel our booking immediately without any reason and send us away at 3:30am with a small child. We felt so embarrassed. Finally he provided us room with two single beds instead of ordered 1 king size bed and 1 extra bed (previously discussed over chat) He argued that it is “much better”. He rejected to provide ordered room with a king bed and extra bed. When we asked at least to bring pillow and blanket for a child he threatened to cancel our booking again and asked us to leave the property. I somehow negotiated with him in a polite manner and he has provided pillow and blanket. He didn’t tale money. My wife was trying to sleep whole night together with a child in a single bed. By our opinion it was inappropriate and rude behavior with aggression and could not be connected to any hotel especially 5 stars. -Room soundproofing is weak -we could hear water loudly coming over pipes in the wall
