Location and the cleanses

Rooms were very good, comfortable and clean.

Pool wasn’t very great, location was a bit far from everything so you can’t get around by foot. Power cuts so 1 whole day no electricity in the hotel, so no tv and ar con in the rooms, unbearable heat. No tourism advisor to sell / recommend trips, I wasted 2 days in Phuket not really knowing what to do / where to go. I’d suggest to have a trip advisor to sell packages at the hotel like they had at krabi which made my stay there much easier. And also a generator for when have power cuts.

So beautiful and clean. It was a bit further from the centre so you didn’t notice the chaos of Patong while still being close to everything. Staff were also so helpful.

Cleanliness, furnishing, comfort. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. They let us early checked in as we arrive early and was with kids. Upon check out, the staff were very sweet to handout a souvenir to each one of us. Very sweet!

Location, the property is located on top if a small hill. There are no convenience stores, or places to eat in the close vicinity. Patong beach is approx 4-5KM from the property and not a pleasant walk during daytime specially if you are with kids. The hotel has free shuttle drop off to Patong beach(only drop off) but the service hours are very limited. 10.00,12.00,14.00 & 16.00 :( May be they should consider extending shuttle operation hours

The design of hotel and rooms. The staff were extremely polite and very helpful.

Our room was facing the mountains which was the back of the hotel. Sometimes it was noisy when garbage trucks and other large vehicles would stop to load or unload at the hotel.
