"Location is excellent but the hotel is just ok."

The location is great. Walking distance to Old Town. The free parking was a bonus.

The pool is not heated and the heater for the hot tub was broken. The tv is impossible to use. You have to connect to your phone. It wasn’t working for us. Went to the front desk to get help she said maintenance would come take a look but nobody ever came. The bathroom needed updating. The baseboards are falling apart and the tub is old.

Clean. Simple. Necessities available. Christyl, the front desk associate was very accommodating! We had an issue on the first night with a loud guest in the room above us. When we mentioned this to the first front desk associate (don’t remember his name), we were told there was nothing that could be done. Christyl, however, was able to get us another room immediately! Also, when I was sitting in the lobby enjoying coffee in the morning, she was very engaging with all of the guests!
