It was a maze to find our room. We were with 3 other families and asked to stay on the same floor, with our rooms all together. We were all on different floors, and different sections/opposite ends of the hotel. None of us were together at all. The fridge in our room was turned all the way down and all of our food froze. The room we had didnt have any extra chairs or tables for us to eat at.

Great price for one bedroom suite with jacuzzi. Room was great, except for the bed, which could have been firmer. Waterpark was great and lots of parking.

The pool was a lot of fun. The room was on the first floor and had tile floor. The furniture was quite old and worn.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Liked easy access to parking spots. However, I booked through Expedia asking for 2 Queen beds. When I got there, they said, "Oh, Expedia, and offered one King bed or 2 Queen beds right next to the pool. The pool opened at 8:00 AM and closed at 10:00 PM. It was noisy and the halls frequently had wet spots from people coming from the pool which made it possible to slip.

This hotel is a complete dump. It looks nothing like the pictures online. Smells of smoke through out most floors in the “tower”.

"Excellent"

My kids love it but. Rom wasn’t made the first day and I was told I have to Request it even nobody told me at the check in. Other than that everything was fine
