à proximité du centre ville et des plages personnel accueillant et sympathique par contre l'appartement coté ville est bruyant entre les voitures et les motos horrible

Крохотные апартаменты 70-х годов постройки. Косметический условный ремонт сделан. Сервис, обслуживание, завтраки, смена белья, полотенец и прочие прелести отелей отсутствуют напрочь. Проживание подойдет тем, кто привык питаться едой из супермаркета, готовя ее на кухне (она здесь маленькая, но все необходимое присутствует). За шикарный вид и шум прибоя прощаю все недостатки.

Un accueil chaleureux. Une vue sur la plage et la mer imprenables depuis le petit balcon. Un logement fonctionnel, propre et qui convient tout à fait à un séjour de quelques jours à une semaine. Une salle de bains très bien également. Juste la petite cuisine, un rien rudimentaire, avec peu d'équipement et deux petites plaques chauffantes en plus du four micro-ondes (et pas de cafetière traditionnelle, mais une machine à expressos). Les lits, pas fantastiques, mais pas non plus mauvais (cela nous a convenu, en tous les cas). Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine extérieure, car nous ne sommes pas très attirés, mais de notre balcon on voyait que les gens semblaient bien l'apprécier, de même que les transats sur lesquels ils étaient installés. Enfin, présence d'un parking d'appoint. Payant, mais c'est une commodité qu'on apprécie et je ne trouve rien à redire au fait que l'on paye ce service (on payerait de toute façon en se garant ailleurs). Au global, ce n'est pas du cinq étoiles, mais cela nous convenait parfaitement par rapport à ce que nous recherchions : une vue magnifique sur la mer et un logement propre et fonctionnel, pour un budget raisonnable. De quoi passer un bon séjour à Biarritz.

Like a poor premier in - would have been better of we had booked to stay in a sea view room - the road was so noisy and busy and the room so hot but too noisy to sleep with the windows open - great location though - just book the seaview side

ロケーションは最高です！ビアリッツのビーチの中心でどこに行くにも便利です。バルコニーから大西洋が目の前に広がります。建物の経年劣化は否めませんが、長期滞在用に食器や調理器具、物干し等が備え付けられています。

Nice location and worth the price for a view of the ocean from the room. No A/C or air movement in the room on a hot weekend was the only downfall.

einfaches Appartement-Studio mit grossem TV, toller Aussicht mit Terrasse auf den Grande Plage, öffentlicher Verkehr günstig, ungezwungene Atmosphäre, nette Leute, schöne Märkte und tolle Villen, vielseitiges Shopping und Restaurants und Bars und natürlich nicht zu vergessen, die vielen Bäckereien und Patisserien.

everything right except garage. Narrow hidden entrance and exit

This place is very well positioned unfortunately we did have a few niggles. We were on the 10 th floor. Not too much of a problem because the lifts were good,but the lighting on the landing didn’t work efficiently, the plastic on top of the carpets Dad come loose and were dangerous,and out toilet wasn’t efficient,it actually gave up on the next to last Day.the only alternative on offer was a key to basement toilets. Not good if you are late 70 ‘‘tis and need the loo.especially at night.
