The room was good . The hotel was nice. first service rep was a little testy DT I didn't put a pet on the reservation(there wasn't a spot for that), but second rep was very polite.

Went to Corpus to visit family. Had a great stay, clean and comfortable accommodation s. Plan on booking again!

Woman behind desk was obnoxious and made us wait until 3pm on the dot to check in....gave us 3rd floor room which would have been ok except for the old moldy elevator that took 10 minutes each time you needed to use it ..the room was clean and comfortable though the pool was ice cold and dirty and the hot tub was just too hot and dirty...the outside is old and outdated and needs paint bad...the breakfast was sickening with cold powdered eggs and some kink of whitish grey chicken sausage patties...even the OJ was nasty ..won't be returning..oh I forgot the TV...great if you like soccer because that's the only channel that worked...also no water pressure and no hot water...maids are rude and I think that's about it.

Good price for great property.

Room and services were good. Television was a problem; kind of worked but pretty much restricted to one station. Night Manager tried to resolve TV problem, but with limited success.

A bit slow checking in because of people at desk with credit card problems.

Amazing Front desk was courteous n friendly Quik chk in. Np The room was amazing. Very clean comfortable.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I was in town for a major dog show and chose this hotel due to its location. Before booking, I made sure this location was pet friendly. I was assured that it was. Numerous other people from the dog show stayed here with there dogs too. When I checked in, I was rudely informed by Laura at the front desk, that I couldn't stay there because I had three dogs. My dogs are highly trained, never left alone in the room and don't tear up anything. I also clean up after my dogs outside. Laura was literally abusive to me and informed me that the General Manager of the hotel was watching me on cameras. She even followed me into the elevator to tell me I couldn't stay with dogs. She told me to leave my dogs out in my van (the lows got down into the teens that night). I told her that the website claims it was a pet friendly hotel and she needed to prove the restrictions to me. She kept yelling at me and I just went to my room. My room was not clean, there was a strong sulfur smell, the mattress on the bed was old and sunk in the middle. I moved to the Best Western Hotel and was treated with phenomonal customer service. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Hilton group needs to seriously look at the management of the hotel. I've stayed at numerous Hampton Inns and this was the worst.

I just spend the night to get some rest but i was so impressed about facilities. Excellent hotel, breakfast very hearty, i loved their coffee.
