Hampton Inn Corpus Christi-Northwest I-37

It was our first stay at a Hampton Inn. The breakfast was excellent. Staff helpful. We liked everything about the Hampton Inn and will stay there in the future.

Another nice stay. Cleaning and breakfast staff are always friendly and helpful. I still don't understand why service animals (dogs) aren't allowed in pool or breakfast area.

Good overall hotel, pm front desk doesn't want to be there but everyone else am and pm are helpful, and positive. Great breakfast and pool.

The hotel in general could definitely use an update, the tub in our room need to be replaced, it was dirty under toilet and the toilet kept leaking water. The pool was nice and the front desk ladies were friendly.

Front desk receptionist wasn't the friendliest maybe because she had just got to work. But I didn't do anything to her. Evening shift.

DO NOT be so confident that you have a room reserved just because you get a confirmation that you have a room and even if your bank statement shows that it's paid for! I show up and I'm being denied a room and the person at the front desk isn't much of a help until I won't leave and start showing proof that the rooms paid for. It was a mistake on their end and I'm literally miles away from home. It was embarrassing and so frustrating, but I did not act out on it. I remained calm and respectful. Not everyone would be that way, so please, next time get your reservations together and make sure there are no mistakes before someone makes a trip to stay there at the Hampton.

I can say we felt welcome from time of check in to check out. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. There was one front desk agent I can't remember her name but she made our stay the best for my kids and I. She is one of the reasons we will be traveling back to this hotel the next time we visit Corpus

The check in was quick and easy, but the room was hit or miss. The beds and room were tidy, but the comforter looked dirty, the closet mirror door latch was broken, and was being held shut with a trash can. The hall and room had an odor, but seemed clean.

Check-in was a smooth process. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bedding smelled fresh and clean. Breakfast was simple and sufficient. I would stay here again.
