Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Great Barrington Lenox/Berkshires

As regular Marriott visitors, we always request extra towels and pillows. This is the first Marriott that actually had them waiting in our room! Very comfortable mattress. Large room and large bathroom and a tub with strong shower. We requested a shower mat and it was delivered practically before we hung up the phone! Typical of the efficient and very friendly staff. Plenty of parking spaces. Good breakfast with waffle machine, hot bacon and eggs, croissants, hot and cold cereal, etc. Well located in Great Barrington. Beautiful large indoor pool. We would certainly return here.

Great place to stay in the Berkshires! Clean, quiet, and great staff. We will be staying there many times this summer!! Close to Tanglewood and many nice places to eat. Highly recommend this hotel in Great Barrington.

I enjoy staying at Marriott hotels but the price can be prohibitive. This stay was an excellent price for a clean, relaxing room. I enjoyed everything about our stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Breakfast was very good. The staff were all very professional.

This is an excellent hotel. Everything is very clean and well-kept. It's also very quiet. We were in a room next to an elevator but NEVER heard a thing. The beds were especially comfortable too. And it was very reassuring that the security was attended to as well -- only the front (main) door into the lobby is accessible from the outside. Entering through a side or parking lot door required the use of your room key. Very nice job overall.

Super clean room and a courteous, prompt front desk. Excellent free breakfast with a laundry room and an ice machine near my room. The hotel was near all the touristy spots in and around Great Barrington, including Tanglewood.

Probably the best operated Fairfield Inn I’ve stayed in. Everyone is professional, courteous and helpful - front desk, breakfast crew and housekeeping. Only issue is weak water pressure in the shower.

We had a lovely stay in a comfortable room, with great service, and a tasty breakfast. Located tucked off the Main Street in GB. Close to bowling and food. Pool and hot tub great to relax in. In addition laundry available for those on a longer trip.

Robin greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel welcomed! She helped us find a restaurant for that evening and arranged a top floor room in a quiet area. Very nice of her. We loved the oatmeal bar at breakfast and had many choices to eat.

Delivered on everything expected from a solid Fairfield Inn, good night's sleep, typical buffet breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. Easy location for hiking, Lenox, Lee, Great Barrington.

Lovely hotel with nice, modern, and comfortable common spaces. Rooms were spacious and well-appointed. Service was wonderful and efficient. Checkin with Dawn was great. She was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast quality and food selection was good. The hotel is in a good location near downtown Great Barrington.
