"Family Reunion in the Berkshires"

We were there for a family reunion. The conference room suited our needs perfectly. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient! Requests for extra towels and pillows were met before we even arrived. and when we needed a small repair it was addressed immediately. This is an excellent Marriott property and we highly recommend it.

It has a great location - lobby area and breakfast room look nicely updated. The room was decent but thankfully with better lighting than other Fairfield Inns I’ve stayed in. The front desk employee at check in and breakfast room attendant were very friendly and helpful The only disappointment was the fitness room- very small with just a few pieces of similar equipment

Just the greatest hotel experience of many I and my wife have had at this hotel, the best in the Berkshires. Stayed here multiple times over the years, never disappoints. Great service from the committed and friendly staff, clean and centrally located for jaunts in Great Barrington and throughout the Berkshires. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks!

From the moment I walked in the front door of the Fairfield Inn, I was welcomed by very friendly, very helpful staff. The employee at the front desk made me feel so welcome. She went out of her way to answer questions about the area, giving me recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was really good and the employee serving us in the dining room was very hospitable and friendly. Thank you so much to the staff at the Fairfield Inn in Great Barrington, MA. Their hospitality and friendly service makes me want to come back in the future to this hotel.
