"Good place, but will not stay there again, fell from the stairs in the dark."

Location, friendly staff, good room service, decent breakfast.

The room has three big steps at door, no step lighting, I fell from the top of the three steps down to the ground when I got in after dinner in darkness, could have broken my legs for the fall. The switches is at not at door.

"I was there for my daughters birthday which was suppose to be special but instead it was ruined"

The food

The tall guy was racist. I payed for an ocean view room,I payed for the most expensive room but didn’t get the room I payed for,instead they gave me a room outside the hotel and did not have an ocean view

"Peaceful stay"

Amazing staff are incredibly nice, 10 minute walk to cannery row, right in front of the ocean

Curtains were really hard to slide open and the restroom fan was messed up and would make a loud noise that’d wake you up. Breakfast could’ve included more protein and carbs

Lovely Victorian home , free coffee all day, breakfast was good. Staff was helpfull. Location was perfect, nice patio area to enjoy.

The furnishings were lovely but not comfortable. Several chairs were wobbly like they might not be safe to sit on. The pool table needs new felt and cue sticks. We used it, but it was funky. Television in conference room had issues.

"Quirky period styling and great shorefront location handy for Aquarium and centre of town"

Great location close to town and right on the shore. Styling is older/ quaint - a deliberate choice by the owner and a nice change from modern bland styling. Will not be everyone's taste but it was fine and quirky, with some very nice touches. Nice breakfast overlooking the sea.

Nothing material to complain about.

View from dining room.

Shower in barhtub awkward. Linens not cotton and not very good quality. I could hear snoring next door during night.
