Great location 5 mins from Kyoto station.

Breakfast was really sad for a tourist hotel. Daily they served a gooey bowl of scrambled egg. We had it for 5 days. No other egg options! Breads were cold and very stale store bought fare. Japanese food was OK

Das Hotel liegt nur 2 Minuten fußläufig vom Bahnhof entfernt. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen 7-Eleven und in der Nähe viele andere Läden und Restaurants. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl - es gibt westliche und asiatische Speisen.

Alles war super.

The front desk has Chinese-speaking staff, allowing for smooth and hassle-free communication, which makes the stay particularly effortless and reassuring.

我们被安排在走廊尽头的房间，从户型图看这明显是最狭小的一间。实际可使用面积比照片中小很多，两个大人的行李箱根本没法同时打开。跟前台反映后，对方表示无法换房，即便我们提出可以接受入住期间任何时间换房也被拒绝。更让人不舒服的是，卫生间地面比房间地面高出一截，头顶空间极其有限，每次进去都感觉非常压抑，连正常站立都觉得别扭 We were placed in a room at the very end of the hallway, which appeared to be the smallest unit on the floor plan. The actual usable space was significantly smaller than what the photos showed—the two of us couldn't open our large suitcases at the same time. When we raised this with the front desk, they refused to let us switch rooms, even after we said we would be happy to move at any point during our stay. To make things worse, the bathroom floor is a step higher than the room floor, which makes the ceiling feel extremely low. Every time we step inside, it feels cramped and uncomfortable—even just standing normally feels awkward and confined.
