Front desk Staff very rude! They couldn’t explain why they changed a $100.00 fee. The lady just said it would be returned to our card within 7/10 days. Again we asked what it was for she became irritated, upset and making faces along with a smirk. The only the notice that we saw was taped on top of the front desk. It just said starting in September to provide us with better service they would be charging $100.00 dollars and it NEVER mentioned about getting back the $100 like the front staff told us. She became more irritated when we asked for a better explanation and said that she could refuse us to stay at the hotel even though we had paid for our rooms or call the police. That was the most unprofessional and unacceptable behavior coming from a hotel staff member. We maintained our composure while trying to get a better explanation from the front desk but wasn’t corroborating with us and threatening us to leave our she would call the police. She made us feel like criminals. The lady before us that checked in was asking questions as well and took a picture of the notice too. The answer to the question will we ever go back NO !!

Clean is all I can say

The clerk who attended us at front desk was absolutely rude and so unprofessional, showed absolutely NO interest or respect for our concerns . I’ve been on both ends as a manager and as an employee, and l must say she (I believe her name was Angela) has no business working at such a reputable Hotel who strives in providing excellent service to customers. We had concerns and questions that were raised by us and couldn’t get answers except a horrible disgusting attitude with disrespectful facial expressions. We were absolutely disgusted, disappointed and dissatisfied with her behavior that we will never return to this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone. I would EXPEXT this is brought to her attention IMMEDIATELY by someone with authority about how she should treat ALL customers and NEVER EVER tell a customer (because we still had concerns and questions) that if we continued asking she would HAVE TO ASK US TO LEAVE …instead of trying to give us some sort of answers that would ease our minds.

Clean and well-maintained. Had some issues with our room being accidently given to someone else, but they upgraded us and gave us a credit. Overall a pleasant stay.
