Novotel Aachen City

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.

Das Zimmer war viel zu heiß. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken! Es ist völlig inakzeptabel seinen Gästen ein Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage für diesen Preis zu verkaufen! Eine mobiles Gerät welches im Zimmer stand , sorgte nur für Lärm und nicht für Abkühlung und konnte eine Klimaanlage in keinster Weise ersetzen.

We had to make a last minute booking as a result of train delays and missing our connection to Brussels. We had a very nice welcome and the room was fine with a bath and shower but the air conditioning wasn't obvious and so it was rather a hot night. The room was not as spacious as the one in Novotel Brussels but still a great stop gap given the situation..

Tea and coffee options were minimal with very little milk/creamer for two guests (but that might be just because we're British). Unfortunately the bar was closed by the time we arrived and the option to order pizza which was advertised in the room.
